Abstract
高校的发展离不开高质量的基础建设，随着近年来我国高等院校基础设施建设的持续扩展，高校宿舍的建筑质量日益受到社会各界的密切关注。在高校基建项目的施工过程中，渗漏问题一直是一个关键且需要重点关注的质量隐患。因此，防渗漏施工技术的科学有效采用显得格外重要。鉴于此，本文深入剖析了施工中常见的渗漏类型及其成因，旨在为类似工程提供有益的参考与借鉴。
