除氧器节能型预热装置的研制

Abstract

锅炉常配备蒸汽空气预热装置,该装置利用汽包及汽轮机抽出的蒸汽,对一次及二次风进行加热。为提升机组能效,关键在于减少蒸汽消耗或降低高参数蒸汽的依赖。空气预热器的汽水循环系统采用多级闪蒸技术,通过逐级降低闪蒸汽压力,实现热量的分段传递,使得高参数蒸汽的使用比例得以缩减。本研究致力于开发一种除氧器节能型预热装置,以解决现有除氧器在运行时温度波动大、能耗高的问题。该预热装置集成了高效的热回收与控制系统,能够稳定除氧器温度,同时显著提高能源利用效率。
