桉叶提取物联合PCMX的协同抗菌作用研究

Abstract

文章研究探讨了桉叶提取物和PCMX(4- 氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚,CAS No: 88-04-0)在一般物体表面及织物的清洁消毒场景中常见菌的联合抗菌作用,本实验所采用的蓝桉叶提取物经测试表现出对多种革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌的抑菌作用,经联合药敏测试发现它和PCMX联用对于金黄色葡萄球菌,藤黄微球菌,人葡萄球菌,奥斯陆莫拉菌均表现出良好的协同抗菌作用,FIC值分别为0.75,0.75,0.516,0.75,为桉叶提取物应用于PCMX配方产品,减少PCMX 的用量,增加复合物的抗菌作用提供理论依据。
