Abstract

随着老龄化社会的加速发展，老年护理专业人才需求增加，但当前中职教育在培养该领域人才时面临课程体系衔接不畅、实践资源不足、理论与实践脱节等核心问题。以模块化教学为切入点，探索如何通过课程体系重构、职业能力导向的教学设计，提升中职老年护理人才培养质量。
