Abstract

就业工作是民生工程，党和国家高度重视。2025年土木类专业就业市场呈现传统领域需求收缩与新兴领域机遇并存的结构性特征，党建引领作为破解就业难题的重要路径，其创新实践具有重要研究价值。本文以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的二十大、二十届三中、四中全会精神为指导，聚焦于土木工程专业人才培养与就业，结合学科的实际情况，开拓创新，提出党建引领促就业、工作做到“三度”，即党建引领有深度、就业指导有精度、人才培养有高度，引导学生顺应党和国家需求实现人生价值。
