少年儿童体育运动与健康发展实践研究— 以乌兰察布市为例
青少年的健康发展关乎国家的未来和希望，本文旨在研究乌兰察布市青少年的健康发展状况，找出本地区发展青少年体育健康的长处与不足，并提出发展本地区青少年体质的一些建议和意见。
