针刺耳穴及体穴治疗重症医学科内顽固性呃逆的疗效观察
目的 探究针刺耳穴及体穴对于重症医学科内顽固性呃逆的有效性及预后。方法 收集90例顽固性呃逆患者,随机分为对照组、体穴针刺组、耳穴+体穴针刺各30例，分别对临床疗效及肠内营养耐受性评分进行比较分析。结果 治疗5天后，与对照组相比，体穴组及耳穴+体穴组总有效率较高，χ²=10.791 P=0.005，耳穴+体穴组与对照组、体穴组比较，治疗前后肠内营养耐受评分有差异，P＜0.05，前者效果较优。结论 针刺耳穴及体穴治疗重症医学科内呃逆患者的有效性高于西药常规治疗，且能改善肠内营养耐受评分，提高肠内营养的实施效果，安全性较高，值得推广使用。
