Abstract

数字经济已正式成为国家战略，并被纳入国家“十四五”规划和2023远景目标纲要中。在数字经济蓬勃发展的今天，推动数字经济成为国家的重要任务。会计行业作为经济管理的核心，正面临着前所未有的变革和挑战，尤其是在数字化与人工智能的驱动下。数字经济时代会计人才的竞争力取决于技术应用能力、战略思维和持续学习意愿。个人需主动拥抱变革，教育机构与企业需协同构建适应数字化需求的能力框架。
