Abstract

本文梳理并介绍了欧盟技术法规和欧洲标准体系，探讨欧盟在新立法框架下的法规引用协调标准机制，并比较协调标准与欧洲标准的差异，旨在为读者提供关于欧盟技术法规和标准化工作的全新视角，增进标准对法律法规支撑作用的理解，为我国健全法规引用标准制度提供参考。
