加氢站选址的双层规划模型
本研究旨在开发一种双层规划模型,以优化加氢站的选址问题,特别是针对公路应用场景中的氢能重型卡车。在上层,考虑了加氢站的建设规划者,目标是最大化覆盖的卡车数量和最小化建设和运营成本。在下层,考虑了氢能重型卡车的用户,目标是最小化行驶距离和加氢时间。通过整合这两个层次,模型能够同时考虑规划者和用户的需求,从而达到全局最优。还通过一个实际案例来验证了模型的有效性,并进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,模型不仅可以有效地解决加氢站的选址问题,而且还可以为政策制定者和实践者提供有价值的洞见。
