Abstract

文章阐述了绿色建筑设计在提升经济效益、促进材料创新与资源高效利用方面的重要性，论述了绿色建筑设计理念在场地选择、围护结构、采光通风、植被系统、材料优化及水资源循环等方面的具体应用策略。最后，展望了未来高层建筑绿色设计向自然整合与智慧资源循环深化的发展趋势，为推动建筑行业绿色转型与可持续发展提供了理论参考与实践路径。
