Abstract

文章系统探讨了数字化技术在建筑设计领域的全方位应用，重点分析了三维建模、虚拟现实、建筑信息模型等关键技术如何重塑设计方法、优化工作流程并推动行业变革。研究同时揭示了当前设计流程中存在的构想与实施脱节、多方协作困难等核心问题，并针对性提出了构建数据集成平台、强化智能装备应用、建立数字化人才培养体系等优化策略，为建筑行业数字化转型提供了理论支撑与实践路径。
