社会比较对非正式职场学习的“双刃剑”效应机制研究
—— 一个被调节双中介模型
本研究基于社会认知理论检验社会比较对非正式职场学习的“双刃剑”效应机制,并检验环境动态性的调节效应。结果表明:社会比较经情绪导向反刍抑制、经问题解决导向反刍促进该学习;环境动态性负向调节社会比较与两类反刍的关系及情绪导向反刍的中介效应。
