Abstract

新质生产力以高科技、高效能、高质量为核心特征，正深刻重塑经济社会发展格局，也为高校人才培养带来革命性机遇。高校辅导员作为思想政治教育和学生成长指导的核心力量，其育人工作的适配性变革直接关系到新时代创新人才培养质量。本文基于新质生产力的时代内涵，剖析当前高校辅导员传统育人工作在理念、内容、方法与平台层面的现实困境，从理念革新、内容拓展、方法创新、平台构建等维度提出融合路径，并结合实践案例论证其可行性，为高校辅导员借力新质生产力提升育人实效、培育适应时代需求的创新型人才提供理论参考与实践指引。
