研究生学习参与的内涵、价值及其提升路径研究
学习参与是保障研究生教育质量与激发创造力的关键心理变量。本文梳理了学习参与理论从行为单维向行为、情感、认知与能动性四维融合的演进过程,结合研究生教育的高阶性与研究性特征,深化了其多维结构内涵。研究表明,学习参与通过构建创造性思维的“训练场”、提供创新动机的“心理能量”与促成创新行为,在创造力培养中发挥核心作用。四个维度相互关联,共同构成支撑研究生创新能力发展的心理生态系统。基于理论分析与现实考察,本文从课程教学改革、师生互动机制优化、学术生态建设与评价体系创新四个层面,系统构建了提升研究生学习参与度的实践路径,为推动研究生教育实现从“资源投入”到“心理投入”的范式转变提供理论参考。
