2015—2024年某院下呼吸道感染细菌菌谱及耐药性动态变化研究
近年来，细菌的耐药性和医院内感染随着抗菌药物与介入医疗的广泛使用在持续增加，使临床抗感染治疗带来巨大压力[1-4]。通过分析下呼吸道感染病原菌的种类、分布、检出率和耐药变迁的情况，可及时掌握下呼吸道感染致病菌耐药情况的发展趋势，对临床抗感染治疗和预防医院内感染及制定抗菌药物管理等有非常重要的指导意义[5,6]。
