注意缺陷多动障碍认知损害机制研究进展
注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是儿童期常见的神经发育障碍,其核心特征包括注意力不集中、多动和冲动,而其核心缺陷为认知功能损害。过去几十年,关于其认知损害机制的研究在神经影像学、神经生物学和遗传学方面取得了丰富的进展。大脑结构和功能的异常、神经递质的失衡以及多基因遗传等因素在ADHD的发病中发挥着重要作用。本文将从不同方面探讨注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的认知损害机制。ADHD是一个复杂的问题,未来的研究将更加注重跨学科的合作与交流。
