激励机制与竞赛表现关联性之探讨:以创新创业竞赛为例
本研究探讨在创新创业竞赛中,不同激励机制如何影响参赛团队之表现。研究依据动机理论中的自我决定理论、期望理论与目标设定理论进行理论分析,采用定性研究方法,透过次级数据与比对分析,归纳出激励机制设计与竞赛成果间的关联。研究结果指出,适当的激励机制能有效提升团队之投入程度、创新行为与持续参与意愿。此研究有助于竞赛主办单位优化激励设计,进而提升创新创业竞赛之整体效益。
