Abstract

低铅-锑合金已经成功应用在铅酸蓄电池生产过程中[1],低铅-锑合金可以降低硫酸腐蚀,提高铅酸蓄电池寿命。通过金相分析发现锑含量在接近3%时:铅锑合金的金晶粒更加细致,排列更加规则;通过压力测试发现锑含量在接近3%时:铅锑合金的韧性、延展性更好;通过拉力测试发现锑含量在接近3%时:铅锑合金的延展率、抗塑性更好。
