Abstract

本文基于河北省2024年城市供水行业“双随机、一公开”监督检查结果，系统分析27个县（市、区）供水主管部门及单位的运行现状。分析了行业存在监管能力、专项规划编制、漏损治理及应急能力等核心问题。同时，针对极端天气频发与人民对水质服务提升的需求矛盾，提出规划先行、强化韧性、数字赋能及服务优化等策略，为供水行业高质量发展提供路径参考。
