微发泡聚丙烯的制备及其在汽车门板中的应用

Abstract

 为了探索熔体强度对聚丙烯发泡效果的影响,通过不同聚丙烯共混并用的方式制备了不同熔体强度的聚丙烯复合材料,通过力学性能、熔体强度、扫描电镜等对聚丙烯复合材料的发泡性能进行研究。结果表明,不同流动性聚丙烯配合,加上弹性体,可获得熔体强度适中的聚丙烯复合材料,发泡后泡孔均匀,尺寸为20-60um。高熔体强度聚丙烯的加入,使得聚丙烯复合材料的熔体强度过高,泡孔尺寸较大,为100-200um,而且泡孔数量较少。单一聚丙烯发泡后形成的泡孔多为连泡,形成大的空洞,成为缺陷。只有适宜的熔体强度,才能获得较好的发泡“三明治”结构,达到较好的发泡效果。
