Abstract

国有企业在我国国民经济中占据重要地位，其发展与稳定关系到国家的经济发展大局。然而，随着市场经济改革不断深化和全球化竞争加剧，国有企业面临着诸多挑战。在这样的背景下，如何加强思想政治工作，塑造积极向上的企业文化，成为摆在国有企业管理者面前的重要课题。
