全球ABCD 模型:面向VUCA 时代的智能战略模型构建

Abstract

本研究提出全球ABCD模型作为应对VUCA环境挑战的创新战略管理框架。该模型独特性在于融合东方五行与道家思想,结合西方德鲁克管理理论、韩国ABCD模型、波特五力分析、复杂适应系统(CAS)、动态能力理论(DCV)、开放创新(OI)和可持续发展目标(SDGs),构建跨文化、跨制度环境下的智能化战略管理系统。通过四大功能模块(Adaptive Agility、Benchmarking & Innovation、Collaborative Resilience Evolution、Dynamic Sustainability) 与中央演化自适应引擎(EAE)形成智能闭环,并辅以文化-制度适配子系统(DCIA),实现战略管理的智能演化和自我优化。研究结果表明,该模型为企业在全球复杂环境中保持竞争力提供了创新路径。
