法国智库分析下的中国“数字丝绸之路”：认识、态度与反思

Abstract

深入探讨法国智库对中国“数字丝绸之路”的认知，分析其核心观点与态度倾向，有助于把握法国数字政策走向、法国对华数字化合作倾向，为促进中国“数字丝绸之路”发展建言献策。本文以法国9家权威智库撰写的19篇报告与文章为研究对象，研究发现法国智库将“数字丝绸之路”视为中国的政治工具，在是否与中国“数字丝绸之路”进行合作这一问题上产生分歧，本研究分析了法国智库态度不一的原因，并据此提出解决思路。
