Abstract

在现代农业生产中，农药作为防治病虫害、提高作物产量的重要手段，其使用日益广泛。食品中的农药残留不仅来源于直接喷洒在农作物上的农药，还可能通过土壤、水源等环境途径进入食品链，因此，准确、高效地检测食品中的农药残留，成为保障食品安全的重要环节。本文详细分析农药残留检测技术在食品检测中的实践应用方式，为保障食品安全、推动农业可持续发展做出积极贡献。
