一种适用于绕管式换热器的新管型

Abstract

缠绕管式换热器具备结构紧凑、传热面积大、换热效率高、抗振动能力强等优点,因而广泛应用于加氢裂化、连续重整、天然气液化等领域。依据前人研究,通过对基础椭圆管进行开槽及扭曲加工,建立了不同类型开槽管,与光滑圆管对比模拟结果,最终提出了一种适用于缠绕管式换热器的新管型-扭曲椭圆花瓣管,得到新型换热管努赛尔数Nu相较光滑圆管平均提升了24.88%, 阻力系数f提升了9.4% ~ 10.7%, 综合评价因子PEC提升了12.44% ~ 24.66%,为新型缠绕管式换热器的设计提供了参考。
