Abstract

高层住宅给排水及消防系统设计具有特殊的复杂性和技术要求。在给水系统方面，需重点解决竖向压力平衡、管网可靠性及设备噪声控制等问题；排水系统需关注管材选型、气压稳定及同层排水等技术应用；消防系统则强调自救能力建设、管网优化及设备兼容性。通过系统性设计策略和新技术应用，能够有效提升高层住宅给排水与消防系统的安全性、稳定性和节能性。
