Abstract
中国各个地区都建设了大量的输配电线路用于电能的分配和传输。然而，在各种内外因素的影响下，输配电线路在运行初期往往容易发生各种故障，其中短路、雷击等故障较为常见。这些故障一旦发生，必须及时得到处理，否则可能会导致灾难性的后果。因此，研究和应用维护和故障排除技术，以降低故障发生概率，具有非常重要的意义。
