基于EN14470-1标准的防火存储柜耐火性能优化设计

Abstract

防火存储柜是危化品存储的核心安全设备，其耐火性能直接决定易燃易爆、腐蚀性物品存储的安全性。文章以 EN14470-1 标准为核心依据，通过分析现有设备在耐火极限不足、结构稳定性差、防爆防火协同性弱等难题，提出高性能材料复合应用、结构高温强化、智能联动系统等优化方案。实践表明，优化后的存储柜耐火极限达 30 分钟以上，满足 EN14470-1 标准要求，为危化品存储设备设计提供技术参考。
