Abstract

文章旨在系统分析大型购物中心的火灾危险性特征、建筑防火设计难点及应对策略，明确防火设计中的关键问题与解决路径。研究重点包括：火灾诱因的多样性、火势蔓延机制、人员疏散困境及灭火救援挑战；防火防烟分区划分、安全疏散体系、消防救援设施及预警系统的设计要点；并从水平与垂直防火分区、特殊场所分隔、疏散路径优化及设施联动控制等方面提出具体设计方法，以期为大型商业综合体的消防安全设计提供理论依据与技术参考。
