Abstract

现代产业园的绿色建筑设计是实现可持续发展的核心路径。文章针对当前设计实践中面临的高成本投入、技术整合复杂等难题，在此基础上，提出了建立多元化成本分摊机制、加强技术研发与整合、构建多主体协同沟通平台、完善长期运营维护体系以及优化政策标准与市场监管等一系列具有针对性的解决措施，旨在为构建资源节约、环境友好、高效和谐的现代产业园提供理论参考与实践指导。
