Abstract

运输行业快速拓展，对多样化专才的需求急剧攀升。高职院校在培养物流人才时，须使其教育模式与职业需求精准匹配。本研究从物流岗位的实际需求出发，深入探讨了高职院校在物流专业人才培养方面存在的不足，进而构建了以岗位需求为导向的优化方案，致力于提升物流专业教育水平，为行业输送高素质应用型人才。
