以教育家精神铸魂，借赛事实践赋能—— 生物科学师范生：《青春期》课例育人路径探索

Abstract

文章构建 “精神-技能-学科” 三维融合设计理念，通过 “目标锚定、活动设计、评价引导、反思升华” 四步递进路径，将教育家精神融入教学实践。以《青春期》课例为例，从 “真实困惑” 情境导入、“共情式” 知识讲解、“实用化” 重点突破到 “互助式” 课后延伸，具象化教育家精神的人文温度。实践显示，该模式不仅助力师范生获大赛一等奖，更实现其共情教学、课堂应变能力与育人意识的提升。研究旨在解决师范生培养中 “理论与实践脱节” 问题，为生物科学师范专业构建 “赛事-课程- 实践” 一体化培养模式提供参考。
