基于“四级试讲验收体系”的青年教师教学能力提升分析

Abstract

为探讨高校青年教师教学能力提升的有效路径，本文以高校针对青年教师实施的“四级试讲验收体系”（教研室-系所-学院-学校）为研究对象，结合《物理学中的计算方法》课程教学案例，分析该体系在促进教师教学能力成长中的作用与成效。作为该体系的直接参与者，经历了“试讲失败-专家反馈-课程重构-再次试讲通过-持续优化”的全过程，发现“四级试讲验收体系”能够形成多层次指导、系统化反馈与能力闭环提升的机制。本文总结了该试讲验收体系实施中的教学效果、关键特色与优势，并对其在推广应用中可能面临的适应性与持续改进问题进行了讨论。
