教育生态学视域下高校思政课教师评价路径探索

Abstract

高校思政课教师评价对于提升思政课教学质量、优化教师队伍、推动思政教育改革意义重大。基于教育生态学视域分析，当前高校思政课教师评价体系存在评价主体的结构性失衡与主体性遮蔽、评价维度的同质化桎梏与创新性消解、评价范式的静态固化与生态适应性缺失等问题，应从引入多元化评价指标、建立动态调整机制、加强社会效益导向、调整评价内容等方面探索高校思政课教师评价路径。
