藜麦发酵液的控油与舒缓功效研究

Abstract

藜麦中富含多种类型的活性成分,但在化妆品行业中作为功效原料的应用开发还存在空间。为了探究藜麦的生物活性,开发了一种新型藜麦发酵液(FQE),并对其功效进行研究。生化实验表明,发酵后总酚含量增加了12.1%(p<0.05),FQE可显著降低TNF-α水平,抑制率达到63.5%(p<0.01);细胞实验表明FQE可显著抑制脂质积累,降低脂质过氧化物和炎症介质的水平(p<0.01)。此外,在连续使用藜麦发酵液2周后,志愿者皮肤皮脂量减少了17.2 μg/cm2。SLS斑贴刺激实验证明FQE可有效增加角质层水合度、显著降低经表皮水分流失和红斑指数(p<0.001)。本研究表明FQE具有有抗炎、舒缓和控油的功效,为油性皮肤的护理提供了新的选择。
