Abstract

研究整合网络药理学与体外实验,探究神经酰胺脂质体与乳酸菌发酵溶胞产物协同改善皮肤敏感的作用机制。通过PubChem、PharmMapper 及GeneCards数据库获取靶点, 经Jvenn 分
析确定340个交集靶点( 核心为SRC、MAPK1、PIK3R1), 并开展PPI网络、GO/KEGG富集分析。体外实验表明,神经酰胺脂质体与乳酸菌发酵溶胞产物联用可调控HaCaT细胞中SRC、MAPK1和AKT1的mRNA表达, 显著增强紧密连接蛋白(Occludin、Claudin-1 和Claudin-4)表达,同时抑制p-PI3K/AKT通路激活。该研究首次揭示二者协同抗皮肤敏感的分子机制,为皮肤屏障修复策略开发提供依据。
