天门冬— 红茶— 何首乌复合发酵液促进黑素生成的分子机制研究

Abstract

头发的颜色由生长期毛囊内部合成的黑素决定,而黑素细胞的活性和功能受多种因素影响。由天门冬、红茶和何首乌经发酵得到的提取液可能具有促进黑素生成的功效,但其发挥作用的机制尚未明确。文章研究了天门冬、红茶和何首乌的复合发酵液促进黑素合成及其具体的分子机制。结果表明:浓度为1.25~5 mg/mL的该植物发酵液通过以下两种机制发挥作用:(i)通过调控Bcl-2/Bax-Caspase3信号通路抑制了H2O2诱导的B16细胞凋亡,显著提高细胞活性(p<0.001);(ii) 通过TLR4/p38 MAPK信号通路激活黑素合成的功能。
