从激励理论视角分析创新创业竞赛得奖关键影响因素
本研究从激励理论视角探讨创新创业竞赛中影响团队获奖的关键因素，以自我决定理论与期望理论作为理论分析框
架，采用主题分析法。研究发现内在动机( 成长需求、学习动机) 与外在激励( 奖金、曝光机会、资源支持) 共同影响
团队参赛表现与竞赛成果，且不同激励组合类型( 内在主导型、外在导向型、混合型) 对竞赛成效具有显着差异。研
究结果有助于优化竞赛激励机制设计，提升参赛团队投入度与创业成果。
