Abstract

随着国家在应对少子老龄化政策的深入发布与实施，本研究以构建全龄友好型社区和深化基层社会治理创新为双重导向，通过调研当前社区代际融合设施改造中在规划布局、服务供给、运营管理及政策协同等方面存在的现实困境，综合运用文献分析、实地调研与设计法等方法，选取案例社区做相应的改造设计，旨在探索符合中山市情的“一老一小”代际融合设施优化路径与创新模式,提升社区整体服务效能，推动代际融合与社区可持续发展。
