Abstract

随着我国高等教育改革的深入推进，地方本科高校在体育类卓越人才培养方面面临着新的机遇与挑战。本文以地方本科高校体育类卓越人才培养模式为研究对象，分析了当前存在的主要问题，在此基础上提出了具体策略。通过构建“地方特色+实践能力+综合素质”的多维培养体系，地方本科高校能够更好地满足社会对体育类卓越人才的需求，提升人才培养质量，为我国高等教育改革和体育事业发展提供了有益参考。
