数字化转型视角下高职教师数字胜任力模型的构建

Abstract

数字化转型对高职教师能力提出新要求，但现有数字胜任力模型多聚焦普通教育，缺乏对高职教育“技术实践+产教融合”特性的适配。本研究以欧盟教师数字胜任力框架（DigCompEdu）为理论基础，通过扎根理论质性访谈修正其核心维度，构建包含“技术-教学-产业”的高职教师数字胜任力模型，并提出基于产教融合的闭环应用路径。
