Abstract

乡村振兴离不开人才振兴，民办高校毕业生融入乡村振兴是缓解就业压力与响应国家发展政策的有效方法。文章通过分析乡村振兴与民办高校毕业生就业的契合性、现实困境，探索乡村振兴视域下民办高校毕业生路径，并从民办高校、政府和社会三个层面提供实施保障建议，为民办高校毕业生投身乡村振兴事业提供理论支持和实践参考。
