海洋生物原料贻贝粘蛋白的代谢特性研究

Abstract

贻贝粘蛋白因具有抗炎、促愈合、长效抗氧化等功能在医疗产品、化妆品等日用消费中有着广泛的应用价值。贻贝粘蛋白发挥功能的同时,其代谢同特征直接关系原料的安全性。使用放射性同位素标记技术研究雌雄Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠单次直肠给予1.5mg/100μCi/kg 的[3H]贻贝粘蛋白后,检测血浆中总放射性的药代动力学行为,以及[3H]贻贝粘蛋白在直肠黏膜的滞留情况。结果显示,在大鼠直肠给予放射性标记贻贝粘蛋白后168小时,直肠局部仍有放射性,血浆中贻贝粘蛋白的量远低于直肠局部,提示贻贝粘蛋白在局部长时间起效,具有较高的安全性。
