玫瑰PDRN的提取及其抗衰修护功效研究

Abstract

文章针对玫瑰中多聚脱氧核糖核苷酸(PDRN)开展提取工艺研究并探究其抗衰修护功效。通过冻干-研磨预处理、酶解破壁、Sevag 法除杂及乙醇沉淀分步提取,获玫瑰 PDRN 粗品,得率(5±0.08)mg/g。抗衰实验显示,其可显著促进人皮肤成纤维细胞增殖,上调 COL1A1、COL3A1 表达,下调 MMP-1 表达,且显著降低 DPPH 水平(P<0.05);修护实验表明,其能显著促进 HaCaT 细胞迁移(P<0.01)。文章建立玫瑰 PDRN 标准化提取流程,为其在抗衰修护类化妆品中的应用提供了功效依据。
