参数估计对二项分布 CUSUM 控制图的性能影响分析
传统控制图大都是基于参数已知的假设,当参数未知时需要通过历史数据来进行估计,但估计的误差会对控制图的性能产生一定影响.基于此,本文考虑了参数估计对检测二项分布的CUSUM控制图的性能影响,通过蒙特卡洛模拟方法,得到在不同的历史样本数量条件下的平均运行长度.考查了受控与失控下控制图的性能表现,并通过调整控制线得到给定的平均运行长度。
