Abstract

抽水蓄能电站项目结算的成本控制是保障项目经济性的核心环节，本研究通过分析抽水蓄能电站结算的现状与挑战，系统剖析当前结算过程中存在的问题，并提出加强项目预算管理、优化资源配置、推动各方协作等一系列成本控制策略，为项目成本控制提供决策依据。
