专业设置多样性对北京民办高校考生报考意愿的影响——基于就业前景感知的中介分析
本研究基于推拉理论和计划行为理论,构建以就业前景感知为中介的模型,探究专业设置多样性对考生报考意愿的影响机制。通过对426名高三考生的问卷调查,运用结构方程模型等方法分析发现,专业设置多样性显著正向影响报考意愿,就业前景感知在其中发挥部分中介作用。研究结果为北京民办高校优化招生策略提供依据,建议突出高就业潜力专业、公开就业数据,以提升考生报考意愿与信任度。
