Abstract

文章剖析造价控制在项目管理中的关键作用，继而深入分析当前造价预算管理存在的突出问题，包括预算编制精度不足、执行环节管控缺失、市场价格波动应对不足、信息化建设滞后及全过程管控机制不完善等。针对这些问题，研究从提升预算编制科学性、完善定额标准体系、构建全过程成本管控机制、加强专业团队建设、推进信息化管理以及强化预算执行效能等六个维度提出系统性改进方案，以期为建筑企业提升造价管控水平提供理论依据和实践指导。
