Abstract

超高层建筑暖通空调系统设计是实现建筑绿色可持续发展的关键环节。文章剖析了当前在设计理念、系统安全及人员培训等方面存在的不足与改进路径，并重点探讨了在冷热源选型、空调水系统、风管系统、智能控制、防排烟及环保节能等具体子系统中的设计策略与优化方案，旨在构建高效、安全、舒适且环境友好的超高层建筑暖通空调系统，为行业实践提供理论参考与技术指引。
